I’m a versatile IT professional with a wide range of experience in customer support, networking, sales, after-sales services and IT in general. As a dedicated Linux enthusiast, I thrive in open-source environments, using them to solve complex technical challenges with innovative and efficient solutions. Although I manage Windows, macOS, Android & iOS with ease as well. Alongside my technical expertise, I have a strong passion for creative projects, including photography, videography, editing, color grading, and design. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with leading brands in the Nordic region, showcasing my skills in visual storytelling. My diverse skill set and experience enable me to bring unique value to any role.

2015 - 2016

During my time working at InfoCare, I worked OnSite at SPV, where I handled a wide range of IT-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s operations. This included setting up workspaces for employees, managing network, and performing installations, both physically and through Active Directory. Specifically, I configured workstations, installed software, and conducted troubleshooting. My responsibilities also included assisting with network connectivity and providing technical support to users as needed. In summary, my role involved managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support to ensure the organization’s operations ran smoothly.

2016 - 2018

My role was quite diverse, encompassing a variety of tasks ranging from basic maintenance to technical problem-solving. I handled everything from feeding fish to mowing lawns, as well as fixing technical issues with the feeding robots. This included ensuring the proper feeding of fish and maintaining the lawn’s appearance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any technical issues that arose with the feeding robots. In essence, I had a hands-on approach to maintaining the smooth operation of various aspects of the environment, both in terms of physical upkeep and technical functionality.

2018 - Present

During my time at Elgiganten, I have gained extensive experience in customer support, sales, Calman calibration, warehouse logistics, and IT management. As a customer support specialist, I provide assistance with a wide range of technology products including computers, phones, and tablets. I have also developed strong sales skills, effectively promoting products and services to customers.

In addition to my customer-facing roles, I am responsible for warehouse and logistics operations. I am also responsible for all in-house IT and networking tasks, maintaining a reliable and secure technology infrastructure.

As part of my involvement in side-projects, I played a key role in the installation of all IT/network systems during the construction phase in Birsta.

Additionally, I contributed as a photographer for the annual report and other organizational needs, capturing important moments and products for documentation. Furthermore, I collaborated with colleagues as a videographer, producer, editor, and color grader, creating educational videos about our products for the entire organization.
